FUNCTION/EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event Confirmation, Deposit and Cancellation
1. Deposit
- All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of deposit and signed agreement, within 10 full business days after making a tentative booking.
- If your deposit is not received within 10 full business days, your booking may be released for resale without prior notification.
- By payment of your deposit you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation
- If 14 days or more written notice is received, your booking requirements may be cancelled and deposit refunded subject to rebooking
- If less than 14 days written notice is given the deposit will be forfeited. Refer to the cancellation policy in the Event Agreement.
3. Surcharges
- A surcharge of 10% is applicable on the total event cost for events held on Public Holidays.
4. Menu Selection
- Written confirmation of menu and wine selection is required, 15 full business days prior to the first day of your event.
- Minor changes to menu will only be accepted 10 full business days in advance.
- For changes outside these guidelines the client will be required to pay for any costs that Osso has incurred in pre-ordering food.
- If the guest numbers increase within 4 full business days of the event, Osso cannot guarantee the same menu and wine selection will be served.
- No food or beverage may be brought onto Panthers premises.
5. Minimum Numbers
- A minimum of 16 adult guests is required to book a function. Should numbers fall below this, a surcharge of 10% will be added to the final invoice.
- Full payment for the function is required on completion of the event.
6. Variation
- Prices are subject to change based on prevailing market conditions.
- To avoid price increases, Osso reserves the right to substitute a suitable alternate food item.
- While every effort is made to accurately describe facilities and offerings at Osso, some variation may occur.
7. Insurance
- Osso accepts no responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise or any property left on the premises.
- The responsibility of arranging insurance lies with the Client.
8. Indemnity

The Client shall indemnify Osso steak and ribs Ltd against:-

loss of or damage to property of Osso;

claims by any person against Osso in re
spect of personal injury or death, or loss of or damage to any property, arising out of or as a consequence of the service under this Agreement, but Client’s liability to indemnify Osso shall be reduced proportionately to the extent that any act or omission of Osso or employees of Osso may have contributed to the loss, damage, death or injury.
9. Damage

The client is financially responsible for any damage sustained to Osso property, or equipment hired on behalf of the client for the event to the extent that such damage arises from an act or omission of the client or their guests.

Damage to rooms/areas can be prevented when arranging displays and equipment, by working with our staff.

Display material must not be nailed, stapled or glued to any part of the building or venues.

Please consult your Event Executive or Floor Manager on the day regarding any display requirements.
10. Security

Any events where security is deemed by Panthers as a requirement will be at the client’s cost.

If Panthers believes that an event will adversely affect the operations, security or reputation of our establishment, we reserve the right to cancel the event without liability.

whatsoever associated with your use of this website.
Osso makes no representations or warranties about the
suitability, accuracy or currency of the contents of this website, lack
of viruses or any other matter whatsoever with respect to this website
or contents.
The website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of
any kind. Osso hereby disclaims all representations, warranties
and other terms with regard to this website including all implied terms
as to merchantability and fitness for purpose.
If and to the extent any state does not permit the exclusion or
limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, Osso liability, in such state, shall be limited to the fullest extent
